Google Calendar
Wooooooooooo!! Today we explored an awesome new gadget by the name of Google Calendar its basically your own personal planner and you can change the settings. For instance if you schedule a something you can see what the weather will be like on that day. You can also see the main holidays and can create your own events like your birthday. This is great for someone who has a busy schedule. You can also share a calendar with a friend to see there schedule too. The best part about this is that you don't need a Google account to have it! This is what it looks like. Enjoy!
Kerpoof
Hi there! Well the other day my class explored another toon creating website called Kerpoof. Its basically like the toondoo website I mentioned earlier. I like it a lot better though its much more easy and simple to use, but if you want access to the really cool stuff on there you are going to have to sign up for it. I think its free but you can check while you are exploring the site. Here are examples of what I made. Be creative and make your own cool pictures. Bye!
Google Voice
Google Voice
Google Voice is basically like a phone line. You can call people from your laptop or computer. If you give out one specific number you can make it to where more than one phone rings. Its great if you don't like giving out a private number. Its a great tool and I hope you enjoy exploring it bye!
Google Hangout and Chat
Google chat and hangout are very cool tools to use when talking to someone through the internet. For instance if you don't have a cellphone you could just video chat with them using Google hangout. It supports up to 9 people in one video chat session. Google chat is basically the same thing except it looks like Facebook messaging. As you can see Google is much more then a search engine it actually has a bunch of cool tools. Just log onto your Google account and the options should be available.

ToonDoo Story Book
My Computer Essentials class has been working on story books off of the toondoo website. Mine is about four pages long and has a very simple moral. They are very simple to make all you have to do is create a comic strip then insert it into your story book. Make sure you use the horizontal lay out for strips because the vertical ones aren't supported in the story book feature. Well here is my story book and if you want to make one here is the link. Sadly I couldn't get my book on here normally so I'm just going to have to show you in screen shots. Enjoy!
